William’s experience at LBCS includes researching data privacy regulations, federal and state fraud statutes, and various discovery-related issues such as the timing of cross-claims and dispositive motions; drafting and preparing discovery documents for breach of contract and intellectual property matters; and assisting with trial preparation by developing deposition materials following extensive document review in cases involving breach of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment claims.

During law school, William interned at MyFitnessPal, where he supported the legal team by drafting vendor contracts, partnership agreements, and non-disclosure agreements, and also interned with a New York City firm, where he conducted legal research and assisted in drafting a range of litigation documents.

William was a Staff Editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal and served as Vice President of the Cardozo Sports Law Society.
