Stewart McDonald
Stewart McDonald is a litigation associate in the New York office whose practice focuses on business and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Stewart worked as a public defender for The Legal Aid Society of New York, where he primarily represented homeless New Yorkers on parole facing re-incarceration in administrative and criminal courts. He has broad experience in litigation, including discovery, motions, witness examination, trial, and appeal, with a particular background in in-court advocacy.

While in law school, Stewart was an editor at the Texas International Law Journal and worked in the University of Texas’s Supreme Court Clinic. He interned at the Office of the Federal Public Defender in both Austin and New Orleans.
