Ryan Hersh is a litigation associate with experience representing clients across a variety of disciplines in both state and federal courts. His practice focuses on product liability, toxic tort defense, and commercial litigation matters, and he has experience in all phases of litigation, from initial case assessment, pleading, and discovery through motion practice and trial preparation.

Ryan’s product liability and commercial litigation experience includes representing an automotive refinish product manufacturer in contract-based litigation across multiple jurisdictions; representing equipment manufacturers at site inspections and during destructive testing and laboratory analyses in connection with fire causation investigations; defending equipment manufacturers against state-law claims in state and federal court; and defending a luxury recreational vehicle manufacturer in arbitration proceedings involving state-law Lemon Law claims.

In his toxic tort practice, Ryan represents multiple defendants in asbestos litigation at both the local and national levels. He has conducted defense lead examination of numerous plaintiffs alleging injuries arising from exposure to asbestos.
