Leah Pizer is Of Counsel in the New York office. Her practice focuses on product liability, toxic tort defense, and commercial litigation. She has experience in all stages of litigation including discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeals.

Prior to joining the firm, Leah focused on asbestos/toxic tort defense. She has broad-based experience in various sectors including environmental law, health care, premises liability, intellectual property, and toxic torts. Her diverse knowledge and curiosity make her a powerful asset to her clients. Additionally, Leah gained appellate experience while working for the Westchester County Attorney’s office.

Her passions include fostering dogs and volunteering with Pet Adoption Rescue Services.

She is a former adjunct professor at Marist College and Pace University and taught Civil Litigation, as well as Paralegal Studies and Case Management skills.
