Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn practiced at a Manhattan litigation boutique, where she represented clients in a broad range of complex litigation matters, including product liability, mass torts, and other civil disputes. Her experience includes managing discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Kathryn earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of Emory Advocates and received the Kessler-Eidson Scholarship for Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy. She completed her final year of law school as a visiting student at Fordham University School of Law and was a member of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocacy Center. During law school, Kathryn served as a judicial intern to the Honorable James E. d’Auguste of the New York State Supreme Court.
Kathryn earned her B.A. in History from Brown University, where she competed as a member of the University’s Mock Trial team.
Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and other civil disputes in state and federal courts, including matters involving product liability and mass torts.
