Before joining the firm, Diana handled general liability and habitability matters, gaining extensive experience in motion practice, discovery, and depositions.

During law school, Diana served as President of the Latinx Law Student Association at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she launched the First-Generation Law School Fair—an initiative to promote diversity in the legal profession that continues as an annual event. She was also recognized as Best Oral Advocate in her Appellate Advocacy course.

Diana’s legal training includes internships with the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office, NetApp, and Pure Storage. She earned her B.A. degrees in English and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine, where she was named to the Dean’s Honors List throughout her studies.
