Anna Smith is a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office whose practice focuses on asbestos litigation, product liability and toxic tort litigation, and business and commercial litigation.
 
Prior to joining Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein, Anna worked at a regional insurance defense firm, focusing her practice on asbestos/toxic tort, premises liability, product liability, and motor vehicle litigation.  Anna has experience taking depositions, conducting discovery, and managing cases to settlement and/or trial.  Anna also has extensive experience preparing dispositive motions in both state and federal cases.
 
Anna worked as a paralegal full-time while attending law school.  She achieved Dean’s List honors multiple times.
