Meghan Kalmar - Associate

Meghan Kalmar is a litigation associate in the Philadelphia office whose practice focuses on product liability and toxic tort defense, as well as business and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Leader Berkon Colao & Silverstein, Meghan worked at a regional defense firm with a focus on toxic tort litigation in Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Meghan also worked at a large, international law firm in the Litigation and Business & Financial Services departments. Meghan was part of the national coordinating counsel for several large financial institutions, handling matters in the areas of mortgage litigation, contract review, property management, real estate partnership agreements and leases. Additionally, Meghan has experience handling matters in employment law, non-profit law and securities regulation.

Meghan is an active member of the community as well, serving on the Sewickley Valley YMCA Board of Directors and as a member of the Child Health Association of Sewickley, PA.

Meghan is admitted to the bars of the state courts of Pennsylvania and West Virginia, and to the federal courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
