Thi Hoang Ho is a litigator whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and arbitration. She has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including antitrust, financial services, professional malpractice, construction disputes, and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Leader, Berkon, Colao & Silverstein, Thi worked for a top international law firm where she practiced in federal and state courts, and represented clients in ICC and UNCITRAL arbitrations.

Previously, she was an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Justice, Executive Office for Immigration Review in Los Angeles, where she advised and drafted decisions on behalf of immigration judges on issues of removability, asylum, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status.

Thi is also actively involved in pro bono representation. She has represented a client in a contested divorce in the Bronx Supreme Court; assisted a client with her application for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services; and defended a detained client in his immigration removal proceedings.
