Jacob has extensive litigation experience managing asbestos litigation accounts, conducting settlement negotiations and drafting pleadings and motions.
Prior to joining Leader & Berkon, Jacob worked for litigation law firms in Pittsburgh. Previously, he was a judicial law clerk for the Hon. Ronald W. Folino in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, Civil Division. He also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Judith Ference Olson of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. During law school, Jacob was President of the Federalist Society and a member of the Innovation Practice Institute.
