Olga Pena has a wide range of litigation experience.  She has previously represented individuals and consumer classes, private companies and public entities seeking practical solutions to their legal issues.  Olga now puts her skills to use in product liability and toxic tort litigation matters, with a primary emphasis on asbestos litigation.

Since beginning the practice of law, Olga has learned she thoroughly enjoys the challenge of litigation and consistently obtaining results for her clients.  By applying the skills she developed during her first career as an educator, she effectively communicates with diverse audiences, including lay persons, mediators and the courts.  She remains cognizant of the obstacles non-attorneys confront in the face of legal problems and makes it a point to be responsive and readily available to address client concerns.

Prior to her admission to the State Bar, Olga interned for the Honorable Ronald G. Morgan, federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court in the Southern District of Texas, and she was an editor of the U.S.C. Interdisciplinary Law Journal.
