Product liability defense
Much of Caroline’s practice is devoted to the national defense of an equipment manufacturer from case inception through trial in ongoing products liability litigation. She has also defended a major appliance manufacturer in a variety of matters in New York state and federal courts.
Commericial litigation
Caroline has represented clients in a wide range of actions arising out of complex commercial transactions. She has also counseled clients on both litigation and non-litigation issues relating to non-competition and non-solicitation obligations arising out of employment agreements. Caroline also advises and assists various financial institution clients in connection with regulatory investigations and compliance matters.
