Carl Bartholomaus is a commercial lawyer with forty years of experience with DuPont in growing businesses and commercializing new technologies. Carl has in-depth knowledge of what it takes to compete in many industries, including industrial biotechnology, enzymes, crop protection chemicals, ag biotech, pharmaceuticals, personal care, medical devices, sustainable energy, petroleum production and refining,commodity and specialty polymers, electronic materials, energy storage, fibers for apparel and carpet, and diagnostics.

  • Use of intellectual property and contracts to capture the value of new technology
  • Negotiation of joint development agreements
